Wallace Craig McDonald, age 58 of Clay Hill Rd. Chambersburg, PA died at 9:20 P.M. Sunday, March 17, 2013 in the Chambersburg Hospital. He had been in declining health the past several months.
Born April 13, 1954 in Waynesboro, PA he was the son of Audri (Snyder) Pattie of Hagerstown, MD and the late Wallace "Wally" McDonald.
He was last employed at Johnson Controls (Frick Co.) of Waynesboro. Craig was a 1973 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. He was a member of the Chambersburg American Legion.
Surviving family in addition to his mother are his wife Trudy L. (Glaser) McDonald, Greencastle, two daughters Tiffany McDonald, Marion, Brittany McDonald, Greencastle. step-father Thomas Pattie, Hagerstown, MD, two grandchildren, one step-brother and two step-sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday evening March 21 at 7:00 P.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Rev. Steve Wagoner officiating. There will be no public viewing.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in his memory to the Antietam Humane Society 8513 Lyons Rd. Waynesboro, PA 17268.
