Sarah J. Snider

Sarah Jane Snider, age 99 a resident of ManorCare Health Services of Chambersburg and formerly of Greencastle died at 8:35 P.M. Tuesday April 1, 2008 in the nursing home. Born July 14, 1908 in Franklin County, Pa. she was the daughter of the late Harry and Anna Eliza (Sellers) Hollinger.
She retired from Letterkenny Army Depot Chambersburg having worked as a forklift operator.
Ms. Snider was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Greencastle. She enjoyed playing bingo.

Surviving family are one sister Emma Hollingshead, a resident of the Falling Spring Nursing Center of Chambersburg and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: two sisters Ida Shinham, Grace Crider, two brothers George Hollinger and Howard Hollinger and an infant brother Daniel Hollinger.

A graveside service will be held in the Browns Mill Cemetery Kauffman, Pa. at the convenience of the family with Pastor Stacy Crawford officiating. Arrangements were made by the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home of Greencastle.
