Roy E. Brough, Sr.

Roy Brough, Sr., age 94, of Mercersburg, PA passed away at his home on June 15th 2023. He was born June 6th 1929, in Chambersburg, PA.

He retired from Grove Worldwide in 1994 after 25 years of service. Roy lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Roy is survived by his wife, Susan Ann Brough, two sons, Roy Eugene Brough, Jr., James David (Michelle) Brough ; one daughter, Florence Edith Eutzy (Greg Moore); two grandchildren, Kelly Cole and  Shelby Eutzy; and two great-grandchildren, Rhylee Zisa, and Deacynn Kahn, and his beloved dog , Rosie.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters, two brothers, and one son, Billy Brough.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 23, 2023 at the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 South Carlisle Street, Greencastle with Pastor William Pilgrim officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Mercersburg. The family will receive friends two hours before the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
