Patsy Ann Daley, age 83 of Coseytown Rd. Greencastle, PA died at 12 Noon Friday, August 10, 2012 in her home.
Born September 17, 1928 in Antrim Twp. Franklin County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Amelia (Strittmatter) Seacrest. Patsy was was married for over 63 years to Ernest A. Daley.
She was a homemaker and loved being with her family and her dog. Patsy enjoyed reading, bird watching, hunting, nature and being outdoors.
Surviving family in addition to her husband are two daughters Susan Houtray, Maine, Sally Rice, Greencastle, one grandson Clint Rice, Greencastle, one great-granddaughter Cali Rice and one sister Jessie M. Keller, Greencastle.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 14 at 2:00 P.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Rev. Gayle Ruble Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill United Brethren Church Cemetery, Coseytown. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the Antietam Humane Society 8513 Lyons Rd. Waynesboro, PA 17268 or to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter 2324 Country Rd.
