Patricia L. Plum, age 71 of 146 Apple Dr. Greencastle, PA died at 10:40 A.M. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in her home.
Born February 23, 1941 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late Winiferd and Pauline C. (Pebble) Eckstine. She married Ira E. "Gene" Plum on January 2, 1989.
Pat retired from the former Regency Thermographers of Waynesboro. She was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed going antiquing.
Surviving family in addition to her husband are two daughters, Debbie (wife of Robert) Shaffer, Chambersburg, Kathy (wife of David) Grimsley, Hagerstown, one son David (husband of Nancy) Brown Jr., Lancaster, PA, three step-daughters, Judy (wife of Wayne) Craig, Orrstown, PA, Aleesa (wife of Brian) Banzhoff, Hagerstown, Diane (wife of Jeffrey) Haupt, Boonsboro, MD, four sisters, Barbara Lazar, Noreen Davis, Dorothy Guthrie, all of Williamsport, PA, Linda Eckstine, Funkstown, MD., one brother Tommy Eckstine, Washington, DC and number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons Mitchell Brown and Michael Brown and one brother Winiferd Eckstine Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 13 at 2:00 P.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Rev. Adam Leeper officiating. Burial will be in the Shank''s Church Of The Brethren Cemetery near Greencastle. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6 - 8 P.M. and one hour before the service on Tuesday.
