Nancy Trainer

Susan Nancy Trainer, age 67 a resident of The Village Of Laurel Run of Fayetteville, Pa. and formerly of 35 Center Square Greencastle died at 1:20 A.M. Sunday, July 26, 2009 in the nursing home.

Born March 3, 1942 in Franklin County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late George F. and Edith V. (Sword) Miller.
She had retired from Beck Manufacturing Inc. of Greencastle after 27 years employment.
She attended Otterbein United Brethren Church of Greencastle.

Nancy was a member of the Rescue Hose Co. #1 and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Harry D. Zeigler V.F.W. Post #6319 both of Greencastle. Nancy was a 1960 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School.

She was an avid bowler and coached girls softball.

Surviving family are one son Scott (Husband of Jackie) Trainer, Clearwater, Florida, three sisters, Mabel Statler, Edna Miller, both of Greencastle and Joann Wetzel, Hagerstown, Md.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday August 5 at 2:00 P.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Pastor David Rawley officiating.
