Mary C. (Myers) Chamberlin, age 91, a resident of the Parker House at Quincy Village, Quincy, PA and formerly of Greencastle, died early Thursday morning December 24, 2020 at her residence.
Born March 6, 1929 in Antrim Twp., Franklin County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Roy L. and Hazel J. (Keller) Myers. She and her husband Stanley C. Chamberlin were married on June 5, 1946. He died on January 16, 2005.
Mary had worked for 25 years at the former Stanley Co. in Chambersburg and also was an Avon sales consultant.
She had attended the Grace Bible Church of Greencastle and the former Calvary Bible Church of Greencastle. Mary’s hobbies and interests included crocheting and gardening.
Surviving family are one daughter Connie R. Rogers of Greencastle, Jay C. Chamberlin of Mercersburg, and one brother Charles Kenneth Myers of Greencastle, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers Raymond L. Myers and Eugene Paul Myers.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday December 30 at 10:00 AM from the Parklawns Memorial Gardens Chambersburg with Pastor Rich Unger officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society 314 Good Dr. Lancaster, PA 17603. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanfh.com. Arrangements were by the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home in Greencastle.
