June H. Cline, age 78 of Lohman Ave. Greencastle, PA died at 4:48 P.M. Sunday, March 31, 2013 in the Waynesboro Hospital. She had been in declining health the past six months.
Born January 2, 1935 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Percy W. and Viola (Myers) Houser. She married Richard E. "Dick" Cline on March 20, 1965 in Biglerville, PA.
June worked as a bank teller at the former First National Bank of Greencastle retiring in May 2000. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Greencastle.
June graduated in 1952 from the former Lemasters High School and she was a 1953 graduate of the Chambersburg Business School. She enjoyed traveling and cooking.
Surviving family in addition to her husband are two sons Steven E. Cline and wife Jenny of Appleton Wisconsin, David W. Cline and wife Deborah of Greencastle, one daughter Catherine E. Cline of Corvallis, Montana, one sister, JoAnn H. Eby of Leola, PA, six grandsons, two step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday April 5 at 4:00 P.M. from the Trinity Lutheran Church 1186 Jason Dr. Greencastle with Rev. William W. DeHass officiating. There will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund 1186 Jason Dr. Greencastle, PA 17225.
