Joseph L. Mellott

Joseph L. Mellott, age 54 of 29 E. Baltimore St. Greencastle died unexpectedly on May 7, 2011 in his home.

Born July 28, 1956 in McConnellsburg, Pa., he was the son of Ronald and Lorraine (Finafrock) Mellott of Chambersburg.

He was employed at Grove Worldwide in Shady Grove as a welder and had formerly worked in construction work. Joe was a 1975 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking.

Surviving family in addition to his parents are one brother Kevin Mellott, Marion, PA. and three grandchildren. A son Corbett Mellott died on Oct. 22, 2004.
