Helen Naomi Starliper

Helen Naomi Wolford Starliper, 87, of Greencastle, passed away on August 14, 2024, at her home. Born February 10, 1937 in Waynesboro, PA, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Rhoda Brechbiel Wolford. Her beloved husband, Floyd Starliper, whom she married on July 31, 1954, preceded her in death on June 18, 2007. Helen dedicated her life to making a home for her family. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening in her spare time.

She is survived by her son, Rick Starliper (wife Debbie) of Drayden, MD; three grandchildren, Bradley Starliper, Laura Boothe and Angela Watson (husband Brian); seven great grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Schildt. Aside from her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by three siblings, Esther Starliper, Jake Wolford and Joe Wolford.
