Faye E. Elliott

Faye E. Elliott, age 82 of 59 Walter Ave. Greencastle, Pa. died at 6:15 A.M. Wednesday March 30, 2011 in the Shook Home Chambersburg where she had resided for a brief time.

Born April 10, 1928 in Shady Grove, PA., she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Carrie (Myers) Hollinger.
Faye was a homemaker and a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greencastle.

She enjoyed camping and especially her summer home at Erma''s Campground at Prince Gallitzin State Park near Coalport, PA. She also enjoyed watching NASCAR races.

Her husband, William Robert Elliott died on November 25, 1982.

Surviving family are one daughter Pamela J. Brouse, Narvon, PA., two grandchildren, Amy C. Hurst, New Holland, PA., Jason E. Brouse, Narvon, PA., one great-granddaughter, Olivia C. Hurst, two sisters Phyllis Baker, Waynesboro, PA. , Donna Rebuck, Greencastle, PA., nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 2 at 11:00 A.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Rev. Martin H. Horn officiating. There will be no viewing but the family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service on Saturday.
