Erma M. (Frey) Weber, age 75, of Hagerstown, Md., died at 9:30 A.M. Wednesday, May 30, 2007 in her home.
Born August 18, 1931 in Chambersburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Norman B. and Esther (Siegrist) Frey.
She and her husband Wayne E. Weber were married November 21, 1954 in Marion, PA.
Mrs. Weber was a homemaker and a member of the Marion Mennonite Church near Chambersburg PA. She taught Sunday school and volunteered in mission related work at several churches during her lifetime.
Surviving family in addition to her husband are:
Two daughters, Sharon Lauzus of Philadelphia, PA and Shirley Migliazza of Orlando, FL.
One Sister, Margaret Cordell of Chambersburg, PA.
Five Grandchildren and numerous Nieces & Nephews
She was preceded in death by five brothers, J. Melvin Frey, Merle A. Frey, Richard N. Frey, Elwood Frey, and Kenneth H. Frey.
Private graveside services will be held in the Marion Mennonite Church Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 17, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. in the Marion Mennonite Church, 4365 Molly Pitcher Highway South, Chambersburg, PA with Revs. Carl Kniss and Roger I. Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the memorial service. The family requests the omission of flowers and that memorial contributions be made in her memory to the Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
