Debra J. (Bentz) Anderson, age 54 of Browns Mill Rd. Greencastle, PA died at 3:29 PM, Friday May 6, 2016 in the Hershey Medical Center.
Born November 7, 1961 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles William and Myrtle Elizabeth (Kauffman) Bentz. She married Cy O. Anderson on September 9, 2009.
She had been employed at the Greencastle TA Travel Center & Truck Stop and at the former Value City Dept. Store at the Chambersburg Mall.
She was a graduate of Chambersburg Area High School and the Franklin County Area Vo-Tech School. Debra was a member of the Sisters of the Swish and she dearly loved her pets.
Surviving family in addition to her husband are 2 step-children, Cody Anderson of Clear Spring, MD, Summer Moore of Hagerstown, MD, five step-grandchildren, Aalijah, Julian, Jeremiah, Brayden, Serenity, one sister-in-law, Vivian Bentz, one brother Michael Bentz, one nephew Steve Bentz, two great-nephews Riley Bentz and Raven Bentz all of State Line.
Funeral services will be held on Friday May 13 at 11:00 AM from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home of Greencastle with Rev. David Rawley officiating. Burial will be in the Browns Mill Cemetery Kauffman. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 – 11:00 AM.
