Beulah M. Angle, age 93 a resident of the Morning Glory Retirement Home in State Line Pa. and formerly of Greencastle, Pa. died at 11:35 P.M. Friday March 30, 2007 in the retirement home.
Born August 21, 1913 in Claylick Franklin Co. Pa., she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Estella Mae (Smith) Angle.
She retired in 1975 from the former Stanley Company of Chambersburg. Mrs. Angle was a life long member of the Greencastle Church Of The Brethren where she also was a member of the Berean Sunday School Class. She had attended the Greencastle Senior Center and was a member of the National A.A.R.P.
She and her husband, Albert R. "Whitey" Angle were married in February 1934. He died on February 14, 1994.
Surviving family are one son, Larry A. (Husband of Cathy) Angle, Greencastle, two granddaughters, April L. (Wife of Chris) Smith, Hagerstown, Md., Holly A. (Wife of Travis) Blubaugh, Greencastle, a sister, Sarah Jane Horst, Hagerstown, Md., a brother, Robert Angle , Mercersburg, four great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 4 at 11:00 A.M. from the Harold M. Zimmerman And Son Funeral Home 45 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle with Pastor Leon Yoder officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery Greencastle. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 - 8 P.M. and one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the Greencastle Church Of The Brethren 36 S. Carlisle St. Greencastle, Pa. 17225.
